Join us for Morning Sadhana

Every Day | 4:15–6:30 a.m. ET | Online

You are invited to join our daily Morning Sadhana practice during the sacred ambrosial hours.

Yogic teachings share that the hours between 4:00–7:00 a.m. are when the veil between this world and “the other world”—between Earth and the Heavens—is the thinnest. It is considered the most powerful time to pray, meditate, and connect your finite self with your Infinite self.

Sadhana practice builds grit, strength, radiance, and intuition. Practicing together moves us from individual consciousness to group consciousness, helping us stay positive and connected.

If you have not yet experienced the Aquarian Sadhana, here is an outline of what to expect:

We begin at 4:15 a.m. with Japji recitation (approx. 25 minutes). Next, a Kundalini Yoga kriya and relaxation (approx. 40 min). Then an hour of chanting of the seven Aquarian mantras:

  • Morning Call / Long Ek Ong Kaars (7 min)
  • Eka Mai (9 min)
  • Mul Mantra (7 min)
  • Sat Siri, Siri Akal (7 min)
  • Rakhe Rakhan Har (7 min)
  • Wahe Guru Wahe Jio (22 min)
  • Guru Ram Das Chant (5 min)
